Shipping Details

– Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and charges.
– Customized rug shipping times may vary.
– Rugs over 7 feet/210 cm in width will be shipped folded.
Returns
– Damaged product return shipment cost borne by us.
– Other cases: return shipment cost borne by customer.
– Return shipping label provided for damaged or wrong products.
– Returns do not apply in non-damaged or correct product cases.
– Return procedure:
1. Drop off returned products at assigned carrier’s store.
2. Allow 7-14 business days for return processing and refund.
Exchanges
– Customer bears return shipping cost.
– Adjustment amount: case-to-case basis (customer pays or receives refund).
Order Confirmation
– Free worldwide shipping.
– Order confirmation e-mail sent upon order receipt.
– 48-hour cancellation window.
– $20 administration fee for cancellations after 48 hours.
Order Shipment
– In-stock orders ship within 3 to 4 business days.

Damages
– Inspect packaging upon delivery.
